2. Due to the Valentine’s rush, we do not accept customized orders and orders from other floral category. Thank you very much for your understanding.
3. We are not able to promise delivery time on Valentine’s Day. Delivery to Office addresses will be made between 8am to 5pm. Delivery to Residential addresses will be made between 8am to 10pm.
4. Please ensure delivery address and contact numbers of the recipient are correct before submitting your order. Recipient will be contacted before delivery to ensure a successful delivery. There will be a charge of RM30 for EACH Re-route delivery and Re-schedule delivery (and subsequent delivery attempts).

The 26-year-old said the flower house was offering bouquets that not only include fresh flowers but also a combination of soft toys,chocolates and even pastries.
Keeping abreast with the latest technology, Chua said she had resorted to taking order through the outlet’s online portal three years ago.
”It is heartwarming to see that many continue to express their love on that day. It is not only for the young couples as we have many regulars who are well into their 40s and 50s,” she added. ………………………
